Your order will be overseen from beginning to end by our Corporate Gift Specialists, to ensure your satisfaction.

Your chocolate gifts can be a selection from our Phillips Candy House catalog or can be customized to suit your needs.

Lead time is generally 2-4 weeks on custom items, pending artwork approval and production. Please factor this in when ordering.

You can place your order early, and tell us when you’d like to ship it, in order to guarantee your clients receive your gift when you intended.

Minimum orders: There is no minimum on stock items, but there is a 48 box minimum on our Corporate Custom Box.

Payment: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, or would be happy to set up a House Account for qualified customers.

Set-up fees: A one time set-up fee is applied to each personalized image.

Coins & Squares: $50.00 per side

Custom Ribbon: $65.00

Business Card Custom Chocolates: $120.00

Shelf-life and storage: 5-6 weeks with proper storage in a cool, dry place (50-62 F),  5-7 days for our cookies.

Artwork: If you decide to add your logo to one of our customizable options, we will ask you to email your camera-ready design as an Adobe Illustrator file, a pdf or a jpeg file. Full-bleed designs are not recommended.
