Shipping Information

Phillips Candy House takes pride in specially packaging each order to insure that our chocolates and candy arrive in the best condition.

We ship Monday through Wednesday outside of New England and Monday through Thursday within New England. Orders must be received by 3:00 EST to ship same day. We do not ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Please check shipping addresses before submitting you order. An incorrect address may result in a delayed or returned order with additional charges.

Warm weather shipping policy May-September

During the months of May through September or when shipping to a warm climate, all chocolate items are shipped with our complimentary heat resistant packaging with ice packs.

Chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees. Our heat resistant packaging is good for 2 days. If the delivery location is outside of 2 days as shown on our map, choose 2nd day UPS as your shipping method.

Warm State Policy

Any shipping addresses to warm states* must be shipped with a cold pack with 2nd day or next day air delivery.
*Warm states include AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, LA, MS, NV, NM, SC, TX

All orders shipped between May 1st and Sept 30th must be shipped with a cold pack.  Orders shipping to addresses outside of New England must ship next day or 2nd day air. Orders will ship Monday – Wednesday.

Because chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees, it is necessary to utilize a cold pack during warmer weather or when shipping to a warm state.

Phillips Candy House reserves the right to place a hold on a shipment, if we feel the order will not arrive in good quality due to weather conditions. We will notify the customer by e-mail with any changes in shipping cost.  The order will ship out upon receiving an e-mail from the customer confirming new costs.
