During this national emergency, we continue to do everything we can to support the health and safety of our customers, team members, and community.

We have added curbside service. Just call a day ahead by phone, or place your order online, and call us when you arrive to pick up your order during weekdays between 12 pm and 6pm.

We now have in-store pickup option for online orders. Orders will be available next weekday after 12pm.

The health and well-being of our customers and team members is always at the top of Phillips Chocolates mind and our highest priority. Here are some measures we are taking here at Phillips Chocolates:

- We have increased cleaning and sanitizing for the entire company to help prevent the spread of all germs. Specifically, on at least a once per hour basis, we sanitize all common contact points for customers constantly including but not limited to payment terminals, counters, and door handles. We have increased the time our staff is spending to support all cleaning activities.

- Reinforcing our strict operating procedures including our long-standing policy of not letting employees work while sick.

- Making hand-wall dispensing hand sanitizer available to our patrons

- Educating employees on the COVID-19 threat and preventive measures and guidlines issued by the CDC.

- Adding curbside service and online in-store pickup options for our customers.
