persons who took orders (John?, Jonathon?, I have placed multiple orders in July, both have taken orders and both were great) were terrific, knew what they were doing, personable, efficient.

I have been purchasing dark chocolate covered cherries for my Dad on Father’s Day from Phillips Chocolates for about 15 years. My Dad lives in Florida with my Mom. In those years I have had one mishap that Phillips Chocolates corrected with grace. Every time I place an order, the staff is polite, accommodating and thoughtful on the best way to, place my order (1lb box verses 2 8oz boxes) and ship my order to 90+ degrees Florida (next day verses 2 day). My Dad is nice to save me a cherry every year, a great sacrifice, so I can say from personal experience the cherries are DELICIOUS. Your chocolate is the best! I have been giving my Dad the same gift from other companies for over the course of 35 years so this is no overstatement. Thank you guys for exceeding expectations, with your customer service and your wonderfully delicious product. I look forward to continuing my tradition with you for many more years to come.
