What to Know

Your order from Phillips Chocolates will be overseen from beginning to end by our Corporate Gift Specialists, to ensure your satisfaction. Chocolate gifts can be a selection from our Phillips Chocolates catalog or can be customized to suit your needs.

Lead time is generally 2-4 weeks on custom items, pending artwork approval and production. Please factor this in when ordering. You can place your order early, and tell us when you’d like to ship it, in order to guarantee your clients receive your gift when you intended.

Minimum orders: Please note that custom corporate boxes have a minimum order requirement of $750. 

Payment: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer, we would be happy to set up a House Account for qualified customers.

Artwork: If you decide to add your logo to one of our customization options, we will ask you to email your camera-ready design as an Adobe Illustrator file, a pdf or a jpeg file. Full-bleed designs are not recommended.

Shelf-life and storage: 3-4 months with proper storage in a cool, dry place 60-70 F).

Set-up fees: A one time set-up fee is applied to each personalized image.

Business Card Custom Chocolates: $230.00 (includes setup fee and molds)

Custom Ribbon: $65.00 for plate, $85.00 per 100 yards roll
